All yoga students must sign a waiver form prior to workshop practice. Similarly, please complete the required steam intake form.

SJ offers traditional mat yoga, standing “Yoga with SJ” classes if no mats are available, and chair yoga so as to be inclusive to those wishing to practice seated. Please indicate preferences within your group.

GEM Services are encouraged for youth groups, faith-based communities, community-based organizations, professionals in the workplace and service users, nursing / rehabilitation centers, support groups, community events
